My parents know nothing about my purging, calorie counting and thinspo blog because a lot of the time i tell them i've eaten already when i was out or at a friends etc so they think i'm eating quite a lot. I'm going on holiday to spain next week and i'm really exited but on holiday, we eat out most nights and i'm with my family 24/7. I'm so scared that i'll be forced to eat because i'm infront of them and when i come home, all my hard work will have gone to waste. Is there anything i can do to not raise suspision but still maintain my current weight or less?

look for healthy options, salad - just dont use dressing, unless they offer a light option and you feel comfortable doing that. you can look up menus of places you normally would eat, and scope out the best options so your prepared. alot of places put calories right online.
