I think alot of when i weighted myself i had been eating bad a few days before, like, taco bell pizza hut bad.
since sunday, ive been eating mainly fruits, veggies, morning star things. low fat cheeses, condiments, dressings. whole grains.
i eat every 3 to 4 hours, even if im not hungry, ill eat a rice cake. so i have something.
Im trying to be REALLY healthy with it this time, because last time i tried to lose weight, i lost control, starved, then the second id eat, id gain.
